Marcy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio since 1979. As a Corporate Relocation Specialist, Marcy has been trained by Pat Mead of Mead Relocation and attended numerous relocation training sessions, including Homepool and All-Points Relocation. Marcy has worked closely with Human Resource Departments and partnered with Executive Search Firms to assist in the recruitment process.
As the founding member of the Luxury Home Consultant Group of Keller Williams Greater Cleveland, Marcy has also been a member of the Luxury Home Institute, with 20+ years of training in the marketing, pricing, and selling of luxury properties. Additionally, she has advanced education in the areas of appraisal, negotiation, financing, investment property analysis, and new construction.

Before beginning her real estate career, Becky’s background was in corporate business and marketing. She moved to Florida in 1996 with her husband Joe, where they continued to operate their executive recruiting business, established in 1992. In 2000, Becky earned her real estate license and joined Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty in Port Charlotte. She soon assembled a team of 5 licensed agents and became a top producer in the state. In 2003, she earned her certification as a Luxury Property Specialist, as well as her GRI, SRES, and Broker’s License. In 2008, she founded Becky Borci Realty, gathering experience in the management of running her own real estate brokerage. In 2017, Becky Borci Realty merged with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, now owned by Schmidt Family of Companies.
In 2017, Becky went through the Global Luxury Certification class again to reacquaint herself with the exceptional education and marketing available through the Global Luxury division and Coldwell Banker. She continued to lead the Gasparilla office, formerly the home of Becky Borci Realty, now under the Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty flag. As a testament to her unwavering leadership, she was also appointed to lead the Englewood Beach office in 2020.

As Managing Broker of the World Golf Village, Palencia, and Global Luxury offices for Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, Daniel oversees a team of nearly 50 of the finest real estate professionals the area has to offer. Respected by his colleagues for his problem-solving and leadership skills, Daniel empowers others to create and nurture a collaborative, cooperative team. Continuously stressing the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships, he provides agents with the market knowledge, technology, and resources required to effectively meet their customer’s needs.
Daniel decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2001 after an incredible experience buying his first home. He has since earned his Broker’s license and several awards and designations, including Luxury Property Specialist and the GUILD™ designation, placing him among the industry’s top luxury professionals. The properties in his portfolio range from luxury condominiums to spectacular homes and waterfront estates.
In addition to his company responsibilities, Daniel, a father of two, believes it is important to be generous with his time. As such, he has served on the school Board for a local private Christian school and taught a “Boot Camp for New Dads” class at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine (which consisted of teaching soon-to-be dads what to expect, from the start of labor through the first few months of their newborn’s life). He’s also been an active member of “Realtors® Sold 4 the Cause,” supporting the fight against breast cancer. Additionally, Daniel has served on the Board of Directors for the Daytona Beach Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors® and served as Chairman for the Technology Committee and the Grievance Committee and as Vice-Chair for the Professional Standards Committee for the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®.
Originally from Ohio by way of Kentucky, Daniel lives in Palm Coast with his wife, April (an actual St. Augustine native), his two children, Kaleb and Ella, and their Maltipoo, Oreo.

Drawn by the clear water and swaying palm trees, Bry Locher found St. Croix to be the perfect combination of the diversity she loved about living in Washington, DC, and the small-town caring community that can be harder to find in larger urban areas. She escaped the cold north in 2008 and loves exploring all that the territory has to offer with her two beautiful daughters and her Crucian rescue dog. Her true passion is working with people and helping them discover the same joy that she’s found living in USVI.

Tracy Bacigalupi is President of Marketing for the Schmidt Family of Companies. She has over 25 years of highly successful strategic sales, marketing, branding, operations, and management experience. Most recently, Tracy was with the billion-dollar resort and residential community Bay Harbor for 8 years, responsible for all front-of-house operations, inclusive of commercial real estate in The Village at Bay Harbor, annual premier events and fundraisers, The Bay Harbor Village Hotel, weddings and business events, sales and marketing departments, and accounting teams. In addition, Tracy was the Managing Broker for the real estate firm and negotiated a franchise agreement with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010, renaming Bay Harbor Properties to Harbor Sotheby’s International Realty and launching the brokerage outside of the 5-mile Bay Harbor resort to the greater Northern Michigan community for the first time since its inception in 1999. She later negotiated a merger with a Harbor Springs real estate firm to expand the footprint of offices. With her team, she took the brokerage’s combined offices to $100M in sales in 2015. The firm hadn’t seen $100M in revenue since 1999 when Bay Harbor began development. Tracy was also Editor-in-Chief and Art Director of RESIDE Magazine, representing the lifestyle and portfolio of the luxury properties represented by the real estate firm. Additionally, she had the pleasure of leading the sales and marketing teams and all branding efforts for David V. Johnson’s sister resort, Oil Nut Bay, in the British Virgin Islands, during her tenure with him.
Prior to moving to Northern Michigan in 2008, Tracy resided in New York City working in technology, most notably at Microsoft. While at Microsoft, she led sales and marketing for the Enterprise space across the northeast region of the U.S.
Before entering into her corporate career, Tracy was a professional ballerina.
Tracy studied Liberal Arts at NYU. She is active in the arts community and is a past Executive Board Member at Crooked Tree Arts Center and the Bay Harbor Foundation. Tracy is Chair of the education programs offered at Crooked Tree Arts Center.

Michael Altneu joined Coldwell Banker in July 2021 as its Vice President of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. Altneu has an impressive 15+ years of experience spanning nearly every facet of the real estate industry.
In his role, Altneu leads the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, which traces its roots to 1933, encompasses a best-in-class marketing platform and one of the most rigorous luxury specialist certification programs in the world, with a 36% higher average sales price per property listed with the program. Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialists are an exclusive group within the Coldwell Banker organization, making up under ten percent of independent sales associates affiliated with the brand worldwide. Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents conducted 48,444 transactions of homes priced at $1 million or more in 2022. This equates to $288 million in luxury sales every day with an average sales price of $2.2 million in this category.
