SUBMITTING YOUR Luxury Magazine LISTING IMAGES
To complete your listing, please follow these steps to submit your photos to your LUXURY Magazine team:
Review your order to confirm how many photos need to be submitted for your listing size.

Rename all photo files to indicate the street address and the photo’s position in the ad. Images will be placed in the order in which they have been labeled (Example: 123MainSt_1.jpg for the main photo, 123MainSt_2.jpg for the second photo, and so on).
Note: You will be asked to re-name and re-send if your photos are not named properly, thus delaying your proofs. Please help us help you!
Email all images for each listing to CJ@SchmidtHQ.com and/or Katelyn@SchmidtHQ.com. If submitting images on behalf of someone else, please include the listing agent’s name and the property address in the subject line.
For files too large to send via email, please send a link to download the images from Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive (please make sure to adjust your share permissions accordingly!).
NOTE:
As much as we love and celebrate the four seasons up north, please do not submit winter photos with snow in them for the print magazine. Save those gorgeous winter wonderlands for the digital magazine in the winter months!
Please ensure that your photos are as high resolution as possible. 300dpi is needed for optimal printing.
