How To Boost A Facebook Post | Global Luxury Magazine | Home of the Week


Assign a desired post date no sooner than 48 hours notice to ensure your desired content is out on time. This includes listings, solds, open houses, events, graphics, etc. It is the office’s (manager & ASC) responsibility to send content. Content will be scheduled within 48 hours of being submitted. Your digital marketer will reach out if they have follow-up questions!

  • 3-5 Posts Weekly (made up of the content suggestions listed below)

    - Posting of New Listings, Solds, Open Houses, etc.

    - Agent Recognition: New agents, awards, community involvement, etc.

    - Market Stats (provided by offices and local leadership)

    - Community Events

    - Recruitment Content

    - Brand Graphics & Videos

    - Consistent targeted advertising across META suite (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • 1-4 Posts Monthly

    - Posting of appropriate content (high-end luxury listings, recruitment, etc.)

  • - Google ad campaigns promoting office information and local websites

    - Office Google Business Listing maintenance & updates

  • 1-4 Posts Monthly

    - Posting Brand Videos

    - Hosting of office and agent videos (that are quality-controlled by the manager & ASC)

    - Listings that are being marketed across multiple platforms

  • Budget is determined by local leadership
    - Creating and Managing Up to 4 Monthly Facebook Ads
    - Creating and Managing 1 Ongoing Google Ads
