Let your entire sphere know about the wonderful things your HomeHub homeownership dashboard offers them and invite them to your online HomeHub platform. How do my clients get invited to use HomeHub?

For your current buyer & seller clients: The entire system is automated to make this easy for you. All you need to do is talk about HomeHub early, often and always. Include this in your listing presentations. Invite them before a transaction to get started early. Let them know to expect a welcome invitation from their dedicated concierge to help them with what they need. How this works: once a transaction goes pending in DASH, the agent will receive an email first congratulating them and letting them know to expect a welcome email sent out to their buyer or seller clients in 48 hours. The agent can choose to disable that invitation if they feel it's not a good fit for that client. Some agents prefer to have the automated client invitation feature turned off and invite clients on demand. You may turn this feature off or on as often as you like to fit your cadence of business. If you need assistance with this, reach out to your ASC or Dannielle for help. Once the buyer or seller client has completed that transaction, they will be transitioned over to use everything the homeownership dashboard has to offer.

Here is how you can make HomeHub even better for your clients, sphere of influence and your broader consumer base! Add your trusted service providers that YOU recommend and work with everyday to take advantage of this fabulous connection opportunity by being a part of this program. Participating service providers will be featured in both the online platform and App organized by vendor category with contact information, email, phone number, business logo and website link. Your vendors can be added to your online platform, and are labeled as "Agent Preferred" and are only visible to your clients & sphere to recommend. Additionally, offices can create an office vendor list that all agents enjoy using and recommending; your ASC can add these at the office level. All of your vendors are represented in the HomeHub platform and App complimentary, at no charge.

Q:  How do I add my trusted service providers and vendors into the program?

A:  Let your vendors know you are adding them to your personal HomeHub online platform to recommend their wonderful services to your clients and entire sphere of influence and use the VENDOR FACING Media Kit to explain the program and value it offers the vendors. Agents can add vendors themselves one at a time or their entire vendor list. Your ASC can also help you with this. Follow the How to Add a Vendor instructions, gather your vendors contact information, email, phone number, logo and website and add them into your HomeHub online platform. Agents can print out their service provider information and vendor lists to give to their clients to recommend their services. From the HomeHub App, service provider information can be instantly shared conveniently anywhere, anytime via email, text or FaceBook messenger right from your fingertips, on the go.
